I recently visited ” By Parkers ” at AlKhazan Park. The newly introduced concept had an exclusive pop-up for the key hunters. Mr Parker hid keys around the city and left clues on his snapchat. Whoever found the key would get to taste their menu before the official opening.
To me I would associate “park food” to be in small portions and it was exactly that. The menu had a range of starters, sliders, fries and desserts in a can. Unfortunately, the ice cream machine was not working and we were not able to try their desserts.
Fried Mac n Cheese ( my favorite on their menu )
Shawarma Slider ( my favorite slider )
Street fries ( though my sister felt the black lemon seasoning sometimes overpowered everything else on the fries )
Overall, I would definitely recommend you try this place out when they officially open. It is a new experience, the ingredients compliment each other in the dishes that I have tried and the staff are very welcoming/friendly. Bill : 106 DHS
The Plaza Food Hall is located underneath The Plaza Hotel offering different cuisines, bakeries, crepes and many more. This little gem is what caught my eyes. What I loved most about this place is that it covers different cuisines in one menu, from pizza to sushi. If you are looking for a short stay and good food this is the place. A big space with a sushi bar, pizza station and long tables which means you will be sitting with other guests if you are in a small group. We were seated at the pizza station and enjoyed watching our pizza being made.
The Classic :
I LOVE PIZZA. And no not everyone can make a good Margherita Pizza but Todd English did not disappoint, it impressed me! I asked for hot sauce too.
Lobster Mac’n’Cheese :
I was surprised by how much I enjoyed this dish. Could not help myself but kept on having bites of it from my sister. This was GOOOD.
Chicken & Broccoli Stir Fry :
Only thing about this dish is that the portion was too small.
